Delete my account
Account deletion for the mobile game Tapora (com.taporagame.tapora), published by Spike Flow.
You can have your Tapora account and the data attached to it erased at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason.
How to ask
- Open Tapora and go to Settings. Note the account identifier shown there — accounts are anonymous, so this is what tells us which one is yours.
- Fill in the form below, or e-mail privacy@taporagame.com with the subject "Account deletion".
- We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
If you linked your account to Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, send the request from the e-mail address of that identity where you can — it makes the check immediate.
What is deleted
- Your account and its identifier, including any linked Apple or Google identity.
- Your nickname.
- All your scores and rankings entries.
- Your play statistics — runs and time played.
- Your synchronised game settings.
Deletion is permanent. Nothing can be recovered afterwards, and a new account starts from zero.
What is kept, and for how long

Purchases. Deleting your Tapora account does not cancel a purchase made through the App Store or Google Play, and does not trigger a refund — refunds are handled by the store. Any set you own stays attached to your store account and can be restored later.
On your device. Data saved locally — progress, calibration, settings — is removed when you uninstall the game.
