Delete my account
Account deletion for the mobile game Tapora (com.taporagame.tapora), published by Spike Flow.
You can have your Tapora account and the data attached to it erased at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason.
How to ask
- The quickest route is inside the game: open Tapora, tap your avatar, scroll to the bottom of the profile screen and use Delete my account. The erasure is immediate and nothing else is needed.
- If you have already uninstalled the game, or would rather we did it for you, fill in the form below or e-mail privacy@taporagame.com with the subject "Account deletion". Give us the account identifier shown on the profile screen — accounts are anonymous, so it is what tells us which one is yours.
- We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and its identifier.
- Your nickname.
- All your scores and rankings entries.
- Your play statistics — runs and time played.
- Your synchronised game settings.
Deletion is permanent. Nothing can be recovered afterwards, and a new account starts from zero.
What is kept, and for how long

Purchases. The game sells nothing at present, so there is nothing to refund or restore. Should paid content arrive, a purchase would stay attached to your App Store or Google Play account and survive the deletion of your Tapora account.
On your device. Data saved locally — progress, calibration, settings — is removed when you uninstall the game.

The form opens your own mail application with the message pre-filled. Nothing is sent from this page and nothing is stored here.
